About the Client

Our client is a renowned company with a significant presence in Hong Kong and over the years, they have established a dominant market position in their industry and they are now recruiting for a Client Success Director in the Data Center domain.

About the Role

Reporting to the MD and leading a team, you be driving cross-team partnerships with other departments in aligning IT strategies. Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, business strategies, and company goals, you will define and drive adoption of standards and business solutions across the organization as well as with adjacent data center product/offerings and sales teams. This individual will apply their expertise and insight to promote innovative concepts and ideas and proactively identify and resolve critical issues for clients. As a team leader, your responsibility includes working across the organization understanding, defining, and documenting technical and business requirements and workflows, driving selection of new business solutions, change management and defining standard operating processes in ensuring continuous improvement, and application of industry best practices.

The Successful Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree such as a business management or equivalent, preferably Master’s degree
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrates leadership skills and drives standards of performance
• Understanding of financial statements and metrics, including revenue, expense control, and growth relative to market
• Ability to interpret complex data/reports, derive business insights and define relevant operating responses
• Demonstrates an understanding of and the ability to position “partnership” offerings (i.e. Managed Services, Support Services, Consulting Services and Technical Services)
• Extensive demonstrable experience in a Managed Services and/or Outsourcing environment
• Extensive demonstrable experience in one or more of Sales, Service or Consultancy disciplines in a large scale (preferably multi-national) data center environment in a senior managerial role
• Good understanding of client engagements at senior manager level within a commercial service offering environment for financial services clients
