At OneAdvanced, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team and help our customers unlock the full potential of our market leading software solutions. 

What You Will Do

As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption and success of our software within the Health & Care sector. By collaborating with customers, identifying their needs, and creating tailored success plans, you’ll make a real impact on the outcomes they achieve.   • Drive Customer Success: Help customers adopt and maximise the use of OneAdvanced products, ensuring they achieve measurable value.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong partnerships with a portfolio of customers, tailoring success plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Create Evangelists: Listen closely to customers, address their needs proactively, and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success and deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Identify Opportunities: Use active listening and consultative conversations to uncover opportunities for expanding our product offerings.
  • Share Best Practices: Leverage insights from other customers’ experiences to help clients achieve their goals.

This is a 'hybrid' style role involving regular travel. Your time will be spent in a mix of working flexibly/from home, plus at customer sites and at OneAdvanced offices where required. Get in touch for more info.

What You Will Have

  • Customer Success Expertise: Prior experience in a Customer Success role is highly valued.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience in a tech environment and a willingness to learn about our SaaS solutions.
  • Health & Care Knowledge: Familiarity with the Health & Care sector is a strong advantage.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: High levels of organisation and precision in managing customer success plans.
  • Commercial Awareness: A keen ability to help customers realise the return on their investment with our solutions.
